Mr. Workman litigated in the labor/employment law division of O’Melveny & Myers, a top-tier international law firm based in Los Angeles, and then with the prestigious Beverly Hills "boutique" law firm Weissmann Wolff, where he litigated contract disputes, copyright and trademark infrngements and general business claims.  Further, in his status as General Counsel to a successful group of Internet-based media and marketing companies from 2001 - 2009, Mr. Workman oversaw and directed outside counsel on myriad complex litigation matters, bringing all to successful resolution. Mr. Workman, through his law practice, provides litigation services in the Chicagoland area, and has longstanding relationships with law firms across the United States to hire, supervise, and coordinate with local counsel on business, employment/labor and/or intellectual property rights litigation. Mr. Workman is also experienced in matters of Article 9, UCC-1 and priority of security interests, domestically and internationally.
